Note: You may experience slower delivery due to COVID-19. Canada Post announced that it is suspending the on-time delivery guarantees for all of its parcel services until further notice.

Refund Policy 

Due to the natural delicacy of paper and canvases, all sales are final.

If something arrives damaged, please email a photo and your order number within 5 days of delivery to info@amydixon.ca.


Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped or prepared for local pickup. 

Once your order leaves my studio, it's passed off to the courier for shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery. When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number to follow along on your packages' journey. If your order becomes delayed or lost, I will need to file a claim with the courier. Please reach out to me as soon as possible.

Lettermail does not include a tracking number or insurance if your package is lost. It is at your own risk.

if you place an online order from outside of Canada, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges that incur. 

Local Pickup

When your order is ready, you'll receive an email with a link to book an appointment for local pick up. When you book an appointment, you'll receive an additional email confirming your appointment with all of the necessary details. 

My studio has no public access. I will bring your order out to your vehicle—just roll down your window or pop your trunk, and I'll take care of the rest. :)

To have someone else pick up your order for you, simply provide them with the pickup instructions. 

I don't have the capacity to hold orders indefinitely. Please try to pick up your order within 30 days.
